Coronavirus Update: Your Health & Safety Is Our Priority

Dear friends & family,

We understand the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities, and our hearts go out to all those who’ve been impacted. As pet parents, we understand you may have specific questions about how to keep your families safe, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

KUDI is working around the clock to ensure we’re able to provide the products and services you need, and to keep our customers, our associates, and the pets we love healthy and safe.

We love pets, and we’re passionate about the care we provide to them from our factory and throughout their lives. This means that every day, as part of our regular operations, our factory are cleaned and sanitized. Recently, we’ve increased the frequency of cleanings, and provided supplemental supplies to our factory workers. As always, we provide hand sanitizer throughout all our production lines for all our workers and we work closely with our teams to ensure that anyone who is not feeling well understands that we support them staying home. We will continue to refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for all the workers in our factory.
